The ranking confirms that VORTAL’s overall customer satisfaction score is 9.11 (on a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being the highest), one of the highest rates in the report.
The report highlights the strong combination of functionality and platform capabilities of VORTAL’s products and the overall customer satisfaction and the ease of use of the platform. VORTAL’s technical support, account management and implementation are some of the most highly rated areas by reference customers.
